The TEK System plant is located in Bando (FE) and includes a large production area, warehouses for storing raw materials and finished products, a profile machining shop, and a tool maintenance shop. Our production department boasts 10 extrusion lines complete with accessories for a versatile product range tailored to every customer need.
TEK has two lines equipped for the production of fiberglass-reinforced PVC profiles. The reinforcement is continuously applied to the profile using a patented co-extrusion process, which significantly increases mechanical performance, comparable to that of metal profiles, while maintaining all the advantages of PVC, such as lightness, thermal insulation, and weather resistance. This results in a reduction in deflection due to loads and stresses of up to 500%.
